IMPORTANT INFORMATION: COVID-19 SITUATION
While the Dumb Ways to Die shop is still open and shipping orders, there are significant delays through our primary freight carrier (Australia Post). A number of countries have closed borders to freight deliveries and unfortunately we are currently unable to send goods to those locations. Certain other locations are now receiving parcels by sea freight only, with estimated delivery times of up to 60+ days.
These delivery times are constantly changing as the situation progresses.

The following terms and conditions apply to this promotion;
- Spend of $100US, exclusive of shipping, required to qualify for promotion
- Can not be used with any other discount or promotional code
- Discount will automatically be applied to your shopping cart at checkout
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours (during business hours) of receipt of order.
What type of shipping is available?
We offer Standard International shipping
Due to the COVID-19 situation, at this time we are unable to deliver within our usual timeframes. Certain locations have also stopped accepting freight from Australia unti further notice.
As this is constantly updating as the situation progresses, we recommend visiting the Australia Post International Updates page to see the current delivery times for your location.
All times shown are estimates only. Clearance through customs may also take longer than usual due to the volume of parcels, unfortunately this is outside of our control.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (placement of order and order confirmation), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted i) if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error ii) any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery iii) items that were on sale at time of purchase.
For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Metro Trains Melbourne is not liable for lost return parcels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain number of days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded except for cases when an incorrect item may have been dispatched from the warehouse.
